About
Neeta Godambe
Although I’ve always had and loved dogs since a child, I have grown up with some Amazing dogs in my life and loved every minute I spent with them.
I did my certification in canine training with Canine Can Care under Shirin Merchant where in during the course I worked with a beautiful GSD Kena and aggressive beagle Fredi and other breed dogs like Boston terriers, Siberian Husky and Shitz Zu. At Canines Can Care I also did the work shop for Dog Agility.
I became especially interested in their behaviour and obedience training after adopting a mischievous Bichon Havenese called“Jannu”. He really expanded my horizons and made me look at domesticated/companion animals in a new light. How and why dogs learn, The interplay and impact of the genetic and environmental factors affecting their temperament and behaviour absolutely fascinates me. “Jannu” is the main reason I choose a career in Dog Training and It’s Pawssible WAS BORN.
I got a wonderful opportunity to do for Training and Dog Behaviour under Mr. John Rogerson of Northern Center for Canine Training and Behaviour, UK.
The Northern Centre for Canine Behaviour
Shirin Merchant & John Rogerson have given me a passion and an insight into the dog world. To make lives better for dogs and their owners. All this in a fun and educational way.
Havanese Breeder
To support ethical breeding. Animal Welfare Board of India. implemented the much need the law in 2018. I was One the First 5 breeders in India to be Issued the Breeders Licence.
A much needed law to weed out the puppy mills and fly by night home/backyard breeding. It takes years to become an expert in just one breed of dog.
As an ethical breeder, I devote time to learn and study gene pool, keep records. Maintain optimum health and welfare of my stock dogs. It takes a lot of effort to combine years of experience with knowledge to breed for required temperament and structure. I ensure the dogs have a clean, comfortable, safe, stimulating, and enriching environment to raise the best quality healthy puppies
